- Cable car ascent & descent: From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Key collection: From 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Seehütte Goldeck, including a welcome drink.
- Check-out: By 10:00 am
- Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Seehütte Goldeck.
- Local tax: The local tax is not included in the price and amounts to €2.20 per person per night.
- Pets: Pets are not permitted in Biwak Himmel | Cielo.
- Shower facilities: Shower facilities are available at Seehütte Goldeck near the mountain station.
