General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Here you will find all information about the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) of Goldeck Bergbahnen GmbH (hereinafter “Goldeck Bergbahnen”) for all legal transactions between Goldeck Bergbahnen and third parties (hereinafter “visitors”).
By purchasing and/or using a valid ticket, the visitor acknowledges the following General Terms and Conditions, including the FIS slope rules contained in the annex, the rules & recommendations for ski tourers, and the general conditions of carriage, as well as the posted transport and tariff regulations. In addition, the conditions of carriage and use of the respective facilities and slopes apply.
