With a bike in tow, mountain biking enthusiasts are set for a perfect day in the mountains. Mountain biking is both the challenge of steep climbs and the personal adventure each rider sets for themselves on every tour. Every pedal stroke uphill and every obstacle on the descent demands technique, endurance, and passion.
But that is exactly where its appeal lies: once the challenge has been mastered, the experience in the mountains becomes an unforgettable feeling, well worth every effort and every risk. This passion is what makes mountain biking so special.
The region around the sports mountain Goldeck offers a wide variety of routes – from alpine hut to alpine hut or around idyllic lakes – inviting riders to rediscover or deepen this enthusiasm.
Important notice
We kindly ask you to use only the approved route: from the top station of the Goldeck cable car via the Goldalm (near the Goldeck summit) down to the Seetal parking area and further along the Goldeck panoramic road to the R1 Drau Cycle Path.
The forest track on the northern side of the Goldeck is not open to cyclists. We kindly ask you to strictly observe this regulation.
